How and when your BRRAVVO vouchers are delivered, and where the service is available.
BRRAVVO delivers digital vouchers only. No physical items are shipped, so no shipping fees, customs duties or import taxes apply to voucher delivery.
Every four (4) successfully completed monthly payments of USD 25.00 constitute one savings cycle.
After the fourth payment in each savings cycle has successfully cleared, you will have saved USD 100.00. BRRAVVO automatically adds a USD 25.00 reward, equal to a 25% bonus on the USD 100.00 saved during that cycle, and issues a digital voucher with a total value of USD 125.00.
Completion of a savings cycle does not end your BRRAVVO plan. A new 4-payment savings cycle begins automatically, and monthly payments continue until you cancel the plan.
Voucher codes are delivered electronically by email and, where available, by SMS if you have verified a mobile number and selected SMS delivery.
A USD 125.00 voucher earned after a completed 4-payment savings cycle is issued automatically after the fourth payment has successfully cleared, normally promptly and in any event within twenty-four (24) hours.
Any voucher requested as an early claim following cancellation of an incomplete savings cycle is normally delivered within twenty-four (24) hours after the claim has been approved.
Issued voucher codes are also available in your account dashboard under voucher status and claim history.
A payment receipt is emailed to you for the first payment and each subsequent recurring monthly payment.
If you cancel your BRRAVVO plan before completing the current 4-payment savings cycle, you may choose to receive a digital voucher for the principal amount successfully collected during that incomplete cycle, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No USD 25.00 reward is earned for an incomplete savings cycle.
Alternatively, you may request a refund of the principal collected during the incomplete cycle to the original payment card, in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If a voucher code does not arrive, please check your spam or junk folder and your account dashboard first. If the code is still unavailable, contact support@brravvo.com. We will investigate and, where appropriate, re-issue an undelivered voucher code at no additional cost.
All retailer names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely to identify retailers for which applicable vouchers may be available.
Vouchers are issued through a third-party voucher provider or aggregator and are redeemable only with participating fashion retailers and in the regions applicable to the specific retailer and voucher.
BRRAVVO does not set voucher expiration dates and does not determine the participating retailer's terms of redemption. Voucher validity, expiration, availability and redemption are subject to the terms applicable to the specific retailer and voucher at the time of issuance or redemption, as applicable.
Vouchers are digital, non-transferable and have no cash value.
Once delivered, a voucher is treated as issued value. If a voucher code is proven unusable, BRRAVVO will replace it or refund the underlying amount, as applicable and in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
