How to cancel your BRRAVVO savings plan and how refunds are handled.
You can cancel your BRRAVVO savings plan at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum notice period. Your right to cancel applies for as long as your plan remains active.
Your plan has no fixed end date. Monthly payments continue until you cancel the plan.
You can cancel through your account by selecting Profile → Cancel subscription, or by email at support@brravvo.com. If cancelling by email, include the email address associated with your account.
Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future recurring charges.
We will send you written electronic confirmation of your cancellation no later than seven (7) business days after we receive it.
If we change the billing terms of an active plan, we will notify you in writing at least seven (7) days in advance.
Your monthly payments are savings contributions, not a purchase fee. Each four (4) successfully completed monthly payments of USD 25.00 make up one savings cycle.
If you cancel before completing your current 4-payment savings cycle, you may choose either to receive a voucher for the exact principal amount successfully collected during the incomplete savings cycle (an “early claim”), or to request a refund of that principal amount to the original payment card.
If you cancel before completing the current 4-payment savings cycle, you are not eligible for the USD 25.00 reward for that incomplete cycle. The reward is earned only after all four monthly payments in that cycle have successfully cleared.
After every four (4) successfully completed monthly payments, you will have saved USD 100.00 for that cycle. BRRAVVO automatically adds a USD 25.00 reward, equal to a 25% bonus on the USD 100.00 saved during that cycle, and issues a USD 125.00 digital voucher.
The plan does not end when a savings cycle is completed. After each completed 4-payment savings cycle, a new savings cycle begins automatically. Monthly payments continue until you cancel the plan.
Cancelling the plan does not cancel rewards already earned from completed savings cycles.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment card within five (5) business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3-10 business days to display the credit. Refunds are made in USD to the card used for the original transaction.
Contact us at support@brravvo.com and we will investigate. Where a charge was made in error, we will refund it in full. Please contact us before raising a chargeback, as we may be able to resolve the issue more quickly.
Vouchers are issued through a third-party voucher provider or aggregator and are subject to the terms applicable to the specific retailer and voucher, including any validity or expiration terms.
BRRAVVO does not set the voucher expiration date or the participating retailer's redemption terms.
Once a voucher code has been delivered to you, it is treated as issued value and cannot be refunded or reversed, unless the code is proven unusable. In that case, we will replace the voucher or refund the underlying amount, as applicable.
Complaints, including reports of illegal or abusive activity, can be sent to support@brravvo.com. We acknowledge every complaint within five (5) business days, investigate it, and provide a written outcome, including any action taken, within ten (10) business days.
